THEAIRSAINT LLC. By placing an order, submitting payment, approving design details, scheduling

fittings, or accepting pickup or delivery, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Business and Products

THEAIRSAINT LLC provides bridal fashion, wedding dresses, custom garments, formalwear, apparel,

fittings, alterations, styling services, and related fashion products and services. Products may include

ready-to-ship items, made-to-order garments, custom bridal pieces, formalwear, and special occasion

apparel.

Orders and Custom Production

Custom and made-to-order items may require measurements, design approval, fittings, material

sourcing, production, alterations, and customer communication. Production timelines are estimates

unless guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur due to customer changes, missed appointments,

supplier issues, shipping interruptions, or circumstances outside THEAIRSAINT LLC’s reasonable

control.

Payment Terms

Customers are responsible for all approved charges, including deposits, balances, taxes, shipping, rush

fees, alteration fees, storage fees, and related charges. Deposits may be required before production or

material sourcing begins. Final balances must be paid before pickup, shipment, delivery, or release of

products. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation, forfeiture of deposits, delayed

fulfillment, or refusal of delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, shipping information, measurements,

event dates, fitting availability, and timely approvals. THEAIRSAINT LLC is not responsible for issues

caused by inaccurate information, body changes, missed appointments, late communication, or

third-party alterations.

Intellectual Property Rights

THEAIRSAINT LLC retains exclusive ownership of all business names, brand assets, logos, designs,

sketches, patterns, creative concepts, photographs, videos, website content, social media content, and

marketing materials. No customer or third party may reproduce, duplicate, modify, distribute, or

commercially exploit THEAIRSAINT LLC intellectual property without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

Customers agree to use THEAIRSAINT LLC’s website and services lawfully and appropriately.

Prohibited activities include fraudulent purchases, false payment submissions, unauthorized copying of

content, harassment, abuse, interference with website security, intellectual property infringement, and

unlawful conduct.Prohibited Behavior and Consequences

THEAIRSAINT LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, retain applicable deposits,

suspend customer access, and pursue legal remedies for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse,

harassment, or violations of these Terms.

Acceptance of Goods

Customers must inspect all items promptly upon pickup or delivery. Any issue must be reported within

three calendar days of receipt. Products may be considered accepted once delivered, picked up, worn,

altered by a third party, used for an event, or not reported as defective within the inspection period.

Limitation of Liability

THEAIRSAINT LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or

service at issue. THEAIRSAINT LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special,

emotional, event-related, or third-party damages.

Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact THEAIRSAINT LLC first to attempt direct resolution of any issue.

Unresolved disputes may be handled through binding arbitration or legal proceedings in North Carolina,

unless otherwise required by law. Customers waive class-action participation where legally permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.REFUND POLICY

THEAIRSAINT LLC sells bridal fashion, custom garments, made-to-order apparel, formalwear, and

related fashion products and services.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Deposits for bridal, custom, special order, altered, and made-to-order items are non-refundable once

paid. Once design work, production, sourcing, measurements, fittings, or alterations begin, payments

are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If cancellation occurs before production begins, THEAIRSAINT LLC may determine eligibility for partial

refund or store credit based on administrative work, payment processing fees, materials ordered, and

scheduling commitments. If cancellation occurs after production or sourcing begins, customers remain

responsible for earned charges, labor, and materials.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange only if unworn, unused, unaltered,

undamaged, and returned within seven calendar days of delivery unless marked final sale. Shipping,

rush fees, processing costs, and alterations are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Custom garments, bridal garments, wedding dresses, altered items, special order products, rush

orders, worn items, and approved items are final sale unless required otherwise by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within three calendar days of receipt.

THEAIRSAINT LLC may offer repair, correction, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable

resolution after review.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact THEAIRSAINT LLC directly before initiating chargebacks or

payment disputes.SHIPPING POLICY

THEAIRSAINT LLC fulfills orders through shipping, delivery, or pickup depending on product type and

customer arrangements.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items may process faster than bridal, custom, or made-to-order items. Custom orders

may require design approvals, measurements, sourcing, fittings, and final payment before release.

Shipping Charges

delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by inaccurate customer information.
